Events of the Archdiocesan Association
of Holy Name Societies

Meetings of the Archdiocesan Association of Holy Name Societies Board are held the third Wednesday of every month - August through May. Meetings are held at:

Church of St. Mary
281 East 8th Street
St. Paul, Minnesota

Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Community Room located on the main level.

Annual General Membership Assembly

The Annual General Membership Assembly is held each October. Parish Holy Name Societies host the assembly on a rotating basis. The Annual General membership Assembly is open to all members of the Holy Name Society within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The Assembly is the official meeting of all members of the Archdiocesan Association of the Holy Name Societies of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Elections for Executive Board positions are held every other year at this session.

Annual Spring Banquet

Each Spring the Archdiocesan Association of Holy Name Societies sponsors an annual recognition banquet for the general membership. This Banquet provides an opportunity for members of parish Holy Name Societies from across the Archdiocese to get together to recognize members of their societies who have made significant contributions to the success of their Parish Societies.
