Is Conference Open to Everyone?

Yes, conference is open to all men and women of any age and any faith or belief.

Cost

$15 per Adult
Youth 18 and under - $10 each
Clergy/religious free of charge

Clergy/Religious can obtain their tickets free of charge. This includes all seminarians all denominations. Please register by mail - see below. (pre-registration is required to reserve a seat) God Bless!

When Does Conference Start

The first talk will begin at 1:00 p.m. Conference doors open at 12:20 p.m. The most Holy Rosary will be recited in the Church beginning at 12:40 p.m. 

Will Tickets be Available at the Door

Yes, Tickets will be available at the door for the same price as stated above!

Where Should I Park?

The main parking lot for the Church is located on the east side of the Church. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the Church. Entrance to the Church is located on the east side of the Church

Handicap parking is available on the east side of the Church. Wheel chair entry is available through the east entrance door.

Handicap Access

The facility is fully handicap accessible. Handicap seating is available in the front on the church near the speaker. Handicap parking is available on the east side of the Church. Wheel chair entry is available through the east entrance door. An elevator is available for access to all levels of the Church. Handicap accessible bathrooms are available on each level.

Target Audience:

Conference is open to all men and women of any age and any faith or belief. Participants should be age 13 or older to obtain the maximum benefit from the conference.

Recording of Talks

The Apologetics Conference talks will be digitally recorded. Compact Disc audio recordings (CD's) will be available the day of the event for a suggested donation of $5/talk. Recordings of both talks will be available as a set for only $10. Copies of the recording will only be available to conference attendees and will only be available for purchase the day of the event.

Refund Policy

Full refund - minus a small transaction fee - is available up to and including January 2. No refund will be available after January 2, 2011. 

Cancellation of Event - Refund Policy

If the event must be cancelled at the last minute due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a $10 non-refundable tax exempt donation will be subtracted to cover expenses on all adult tickets and a $5 non-refundable tax exempt donation will be subtracted on all youth tickets.

The Holy Name Society is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) ministry relying entirely upon the generosity of our conference attendees for all operational expenses.
